[curves] The (im?)probability of P-384's twist being prime-order

Between 0.5% and 1%, if P-384 were sampled uniformly at random from
isomorphism classes of prime-order elliptic curves over its prime
field.

Is anyone interested in spot-checking, replicating, or disproving the
result, either numerically or analytically? If so,
https://github.com/coruus/elliptic-twin-curves/tree/master/sol384d2
has slightly more details.

A recent paper by Shparlinski and Sutantyo, available at
http://www.researchgate.net/publication/259506269_Distribution_of_elliptic_twin_primes_in_isogeny_and_isomorphism_classes
is also apropos.

(Following up on a previous note to some list or another.)
