[noise] KDF Test Vectors

I’ve been working on cleanup and documentation of parts of my implementation, and have been writing tests to ensure I haven’t broken anything as I go. As part of this, I’ve come up with several useful test vectors

I’ve pushed some test vectors for the KDF up to GitHub. Jonathan, will you add these to your test suite and confirm that you get the same results as I do?
