Hi Trevor,

As my rendition of noise is slightly different from the spec, I've
written a mini-specification of it. It's not intended to be as
exhaustive and detailed as noise, but it should give you an idea of my
intended use of noise, and might provide an opportunity for you to
indicate that something erroneously diverges from your specification
in an insecure way.
