I made the Noise spec a little more presentable: - generated nice HTML and PDF versions - posted them at http://noiseprotocol.org Also I moved the spec repo to: https://github.com/noiseprotocol/noise_spec I'll try to keep noiseprotocol.org up-to-date, and make it a useful resource as time goes by (links to code, test vectors, etc).
