[noise] looking at qDSA as a DH + signature algorithm

Does anyone here have strong opinions on qDSA? It was released last
year as a new algorithm that, in my understanding, can augment
Curve25519 in order to have the same codebase for both X25519 and
ed25519. It can also work on other curves but I'd much prefer to stick
with a standard one for the moment.

I'm asking because I'm looking to integrate a small signature
algorithm in embeddedDisco (www.embeddeddisco.com) and this one seems
to fit the bill perfectly.
