Also it is still called "SPAKE2-EE", if you are using NIST curves and therefore
using
Shallue-Woestijne-Ulas?

I assume there's a "PAKE2+EE", but I can't find it anywhere. It is obvious when
looking at
the differences between SPAKE2 and PAKE2+ and between SPAKE2 and SPAKE2-EE.
