Could you elaborate?

Drac assumes each user "has a long term identifier IDi that is known
by all her contacts", so it seems to have a similar model of
unlinkable communications / linkable pseudonyms as (e.g.) Pond.

There are lots of differences though, so I'm curious what you
particularly like about this.
