Is it? That would be sad, while the majority of my TextSecure messages
are sent when I have wifi, I still frequently use the SMS transport when
mobile internet is expensive/unreliable. Currently the feature I want
most in TS is knowing what transport messages were received on as if my
correspondent doesn't have working internet at the moment then TS will
still attempt to send the message via the internet rather than SMS.
That constraint might go away but at least at the moment text messages
are free but mobile internet is too expensive (probably £5/month +
battery drain) to leave turned on.
