I2P Bote will soon to be available to "mainstream Android users" (ie.
on Google Play) once I finish some UI improvements. After five years
of development (and nine months on the Android app) it certainly
counts as stable, but I can't say the protocol has been audited (lack
of exposure), and the app could do with more people testing it (also
lack of exposure).
