I'm working on a research project at Cardiff University that will
publish documents describing communication and security needs reported
by activists, journalists and civil society groups. The documents will
probably take the form of user stories. The goal is to provide tool
makers with actionable information about users' needs.

If such a resource already exists I'd love to hear about it.

If anyone on the list is interested in collaborating, especially if
you work with high-risk users, please email me off-list. I'll send out
a wider call for collaborators when the project gets started early
next year.
