[messaging] Tor Messenger - Alpha

Hello,  

We’re soliciting feedback on an alpha release of Tor Messenger.
I should stress that it isn’t ready for public consumption so please
heed the warnings and not share too widely.

It’s an IM client that sends all traffic over Tor, uses OTR by default,
works with a wide variety of chat networks, and has an easy-to-use
GUI localized to multiple languages. At least, that’s the intent.
