This is an interesting proposal, but i think it gets into a slew of
stickier issues. For example, should Signal expose/attempt to honor a
similar advisory flag with "this message will self destruct in N
minutes" semantics?
I don't actually think this would be a bad thing, but i don't know how
to provide realistic and clear user messaging around such a feature.
