Hey,

I really like what Keybase is doing with Keybase Chat!

I just want to throw in our Internet Drafts and implementation that
links OpenPGP keys to social media accounts:

It is an experimental feature in https://www.openkeychain.org/

Due to more important issues in the space of end-to-end email
encryption, we haven't pursued this further ;)
