Hi,

11 folks here, that should work for discussions.  I wouldn't invite
other people till we get details fleshed out.  However archives are
PUBLIC, here:

Some people want to field systems based on this quickly.  If we can
nail details down soon then having fielded systems based on the "real
thing" would be a lot better than having weird variants out there.

It would be particularly great to get feedback from potential users.
In particular:
 * Are there features we're missing you need?
 * Is this easy to "integrate" into your system, what more guidance do we need?
 * What makes this hard to understand or inconvenient to implement?

We've got one request already, which I'll bring up separately.
