[noise] Quick note on this list

The Noise protocol proper remains in a half-disassembled state since I
started moving it to a Markdown spec but didn't finish.  I'm eager to
resume work but it could be weeks before I do.

I know there are other people here who are investigating similar
simple transport protocols - e.g. Jonathan Moore and Tony Arcieri have
been looking at interesting use cases around, I think message-passing
protocols.

Also, Mike Hamburg just posted some cool ideas.

So unless anyone objects, I think it's fine to use this list more
broadly to discuss use cases for simple transport protocols, and other
ideas in this space.
