This was just informal, as it was out of scope for the design of
nQUIC. There are many ways to exchange public keys, and it's a problem
delegated to the users of nQUIC :)

Ah! So you already use a similar in-house design to nQUIC? It would be
interesting to know how yours differs from ours :o
