[messaging] Anonymity networks and incentives

I was pretty surprised that the notion of 'gamification' and profile
pages (and not even badges) merited such a small mention, considering
how successful it's been for StackOverflow.

It would be programming effort - but not require any cryptography or
anonymity dangers to the network - to just set up a site that assigned
imaginary internet points and badges for things like

Gold Badge: Run a Fast Relay in an AS with no other Relays.
Silver Badge: Earn the HSDir Flag
Bronze Badge: Achieve an uptime of 30 days
