On a PR side, if we don't articulate what this bill is doing to the 
industry, how will guys from honest ads (

pushing a conversation. Whatever any parliament passed can be retracted 
by the same parliament. Oh, look, this parliament have passed something 
against pollution, and then repealed it. Its possible to repeal man-made 
laws, unlike nature and math laws :) .
